I will have the pics posted tonight. It runs alot better, 2nd gear up a big sand (to the top) hill two people on the quad with the 27" tires, it would have fell on its face half way up the hill before.
Yeah you are right it has yamaha rims on my big tires, the stockers have the stock tires on also, I run the yamaha rims cause they cost me $50, but the front tires rub on the lower part of the shock at full lock turn, other than that they work fine.
I have stock db at idle I will post that tonight.

Stock DB at idle on my quad was 92 db. I turned in my A/F screw 1/2 turn to 2.5 turns out, this seems to work good with the 135 main jet, and needle in lowest position with washer, k&n, pre-filter, snorkit, and the FO-14. Low end is better but the high end has really improved. I would clean your carb when you do the main jet, I wasn't going to but my buddy recommended it and there was some dirt in the bottom of the float bowl. The snorkit also seems to keep the airfilter alot cleaner, since it isnt sucking dust and dead weeds directly. In some of our fields one ride through it at the right time of year just fills up the air boxs with the dead weed flower crap. I also did the crankcase breather and all other mods suggested by triangle. Check out the pics under quads, and quad mods in my photobucket!

Thanks redstroke, I went and got one today, I'm going to ride saturday so I guess I'll wait until next week to put it on and jet the carb. Any pics and suggestions on mounting it and hooking it up would be nice, I got all your jetitng tips so maybe that part will be easy.

I got the fo-14 on and it looks great and sounds great. Now for the jetting. I have a dyn-jet kit. Which jet is comparable to redstroks 135. it has dj numbers and there is also a 142, 138 and 136 i think they are hard to read. and should i replace the factory needle with the dyno jet needle? And where is my fuel air mix screw. I do carbs.

You will have to wait for someone else on that one, my A/F screw is 2.5 out, from what I have read in the past I think the biggest main in your kit is what you use, good luck.

Thanks now I know what jet to use but I don't know what to do with it. I probally shouldn't even be doing this. Do I take the carb off to put a new jet in? I have a skematic of the carb from my clymer manuel. But i really don't know where to start. I got the needle adjustments done but I dont know where the main jet is or how to get to it. and exactly which screw in my fuel air mix screw. Is it on the inside or outside? and this is diffrent than my idle screw right? see I'm and idiot about this part. Please help so I don't screw this up or have to pay someone to do it for me.
