Does Anyone know if 27" tires will fit on stock rims on a unlifted atv

well on a 500 i think you can but i know you can on a 450. Check the HL fender kit and see what it says about it.

Thanks for the reply. I have looked at this link, and they say 26" is all she will take. But I have also been told they are selling 05's off the dealer floor with aftermarket wheels on 27'' 589's. Im sure you know the routine with asking dealers anything, they want commision and they dont get it from handing out free advice on wheel and tire issues

i have 26" on my bike right now and i have more than enough room for 27's in the back and they will fit on the front too without rubbing. but mine is an 01. maybe its different.

27's on the new 500 foremans will ruba little, not big deal really. If you can afford the fender kit, you can go bigger.

make yourself a lift and slap em in there so much cheaper i have made numerous different lifts it only take and hour max

a small lift like 2 inchs won't hurt anything everyone talks of the stress it puts on the cv's a tie rods and what not. it does put a little stress in them but nothing serious i havn't have any problems at all an dit's been 3 years.

My buddy has 27" outlaws with out a lift on his 500 foreman and even with another rider, they scrub.
