and the bad news is i will be walkin all over you... but i will be spending 3500 for the custom lift.. and then around 1000 more for getting a 163 grind cam, and getting lower gears, or getting lower clutch springs.. i know im about to be broke... but its going to be worth it i think, even though i havent ridden much and i dont ride on hills anymore cause i dont ride at my camp anymore, so i will prolly and mostlikely have the baddest rancher around... im either getting yasky to do this or turnercycles.. of course yasky is only a hour away and then turnercycles is around 8 hours..

Are you doing it all yourself? If not, I was gonna say, Yasky has a great program going now...might wanna check it out if you haven't already.

i am talking with the guy from yasky that is the guy who does these lifts... he told me he can see if he can do a 4 inch lift.. if he cant go with the 4 inch lift without stretching it then it cannot be done.. or i will get the mega lift with 23+ inches of clearance.... if he cannot do it then i will get alot of help from my friends.. but im trying my best to get yasky to do it... which im pretty sure they will... but i am not going to be putting high performance pistons and all that in there... cause my engine has to last me 2 more years before i can get another one or put a new engine that is fully decked out.. so i will be getting a friend of mine who makes custom stuff for everything to make me a set of lower gears for my rancher... he is doing it free of charge but i have to pay for the metal... and i will also be getting stronger clutch springs for 1st through 4th gear... this is going to be expensive and complicated but its going to be the only jacked up rancher within 100 miles...

I think you should probably go ahead and do the engine mods. You will prolly regret it if you dont, even with the lower gears and stronger springs. Of course, it all depends on how big tires you're wanting.

i want to run my tri claws or my laws and claws.. but if i cant turn them with the lift then im going to run my mudlites or go to a smaller size of outlaws.. but i will be going 12x12s all the way around for width... i should go ahead and do the motor mods but i will have to see how much power the lift will be taking away.. my engine is pretty old.. so i am really just waiting for it to give out.. then i will get a new one fully decked out..
