just noticed on my foreman that both my tires turn out, not toe but turned, even with my handlebars straight. Is this normal, maybe someone can sight the front of theres and see if it does the same thing. Thanks for your time, eaglesrip.

Not toe out but turned out? Turned out is toe out. I'm suspicious that that's what you're looking at, becasue a properly set up and correctly adjusted Foreman will have the front wheels set so that the front most part of the tires will be one and three eighths of an inch farther apart than the back of the tires. Then there's the shape of the front fenders, which makes it look toed out even if they are dead ahead straight.

Mine does the same thing. Is there a reason for this?

For stability, to prevent the bike from getting "topheavy", and to make the steering as easy as possible.

Does this wear tires more or less? I read somewhere it was almost 2 inches of differance.

No, not really. If you leave it stock they all usually wear pretty much the same. Some riders can tear up fronts or backs, but it goes with the rider, not the allignment.

I had noticed it as well one day when I went to roll it fwd. in the shop and it was hard to push, checked into it and also found they set it toe out for stability, so I added wheel spacers to the rear and set the toe straight, for me that seemed to work just fine.

I adjusted mine so that they are straight. I have not noticed any instability at all. And, the atv is much easier to steer. It is working better for me. Seems to me if they want it to be more stable they would widen the track instead......
