It looks like I will be working the h3ll out of my foreman and I will have a little money to spend to beef it up. I will be hauling salt blocks and fenching materials to a hard to get to area and will be loading and hauling lots of weight with it.
So giving the conditions what would most of you upgrade to hold up to this kind of work? I have a short want list so tell me what you would add to my list.
Tires will be 26" 589s.
Gorilla axles.
Progressive shocks.

I would say go with the tires first upgrade to the Progressives if you need shocks upgrade to Gorilla axles if you break one/both stock axles.
You might want to add a winch to your list for work or in case you get in a bind.

That was how I was going to do it, When things wore out or broke I would replace them with better components. I dont want some of the things to break at all because of the area and the extreme use, I need them to be unbreakable before I even do this.

Basket racks always help. More carry room plus a considerable amount of horsepower, can't beat it!

check out this link for EPI , this is who HL uses. www.erlandsonperformance.com/new/ATV-honda.phpI've got one setting on the shelf , just need some time to install it. You might also want to look into the Nugent Performance 14%-18% gear Reduction kit .( on my wants list ) around $400.00 PM Dirtyforeman for more info .

Gear reduction would be a good thing where im going and the weight im tugging around but is it something I would want on my quad for riding all the time after the hard work is done?
Do the high perf clutch kits work like a stock kit only more durable or is there a down side to haveing them like a higher engagement RPM.

Basket racks always help. More carry room plus a considerable amount of horsepower, can't beat it! Yes racks are a must because I will have to carry salt blocks and rolls of barb wire there will also have to be a trailer full of posts and what not.
