Well, as some of you know I have been lurking around and due to all this rain we have had this past two days here in Arkansas and this cold front moving in, I just couldnt stand it anymore. The deer are moving and the bow hunting this year has been second to none. But due to the rain, I was going to have to find a new place to hunt, BUT NOT ANYMORE!!! As of tomorrow I will be the prooud owner of an 04 Yellow 450s, with winch. Not worrying about mods right now, too much deer hunting to do. And my poor 4-door Taco is goign to have a load in the back..it will fit , right? And now I will finally be a true member.

I do have another question. I was going to get the 4 year warranty, not that I expect any problems, but later I plan on adding a DGL and I have read that installing the locker voids some of warranty. I guess my question is, do I get the extended warranty even though I might later on down the road install mods that will void some of the warranty?

Sunrise in Searcy. And thanks. What insurance company are you using? Are you using local or someome like Progressive. I was quoted through Progressive for $207 a year. No record and 35 yrs of age. Any help would be appreciated and I havent done a lot of shopping so I dont know if this is high or low.
Thanks

I dont carry insurance but if I remember correctly a rider in ky said once about a year ago, he had a policy (not sure who with) on a 400ex for 109 dollers a year. You might ask to see a detailed print out on the coverage and find that there could be something in the policy you dont need, and maybe get it abit cheeper.

I thought about getting insurance, but i'm already paying a big enough insurance bill for my truck so I decided to just keep it locked up or locked on the truck when i'm not riding it. Good luck on finding a insurance company.

just type in Markel Insurance and a site will come up saying bike-line. This is the company that specializes in motorcycle insurance.

Thanks for the help guys, just got in from 5 days of hunting, had a pretty good time, killed 2 does with my bow and my son killed his first deer Sat afternoon "5 pt". Not a whole lot of mudding but alot of loading and offloading, we had 3 adults 1 child and a deer loaded on the Foreman and was comming across a fllooded rice field, no problem, except now I have a squeak in the front left shock area, about to drive me crazy. Cant stand the noise, suppose to pick up my silent exhaust this week. Got to go work, thanks again!

Congradulations on the Foreman. But equally [/color][/move] Like most things in life he will never forget his first As far as insurance, I have my bike with full coverage, collision, theft, all the bells and whistles with the same company I have my truck insured thru Erie Ins Co. Runs me $100/year. I would forget about the warranty and get started on the bling. You've bought the most reliable ATV on the market. IMHO extended warranty for this bike is throwing your money away As far as the squeek. You may try shouting some wd40 in and around the shock. I had a problem somewhat like this a couple years ago and wd40 came thru once again. TRHOD
