my brothers foreman seems to jump when he shitf hears while in amud hole. this has happened several times. his tires are 28x12x12 , 28x12x12 outlaws. ive seen this happen to other foremans in the deep south due to pure gumbo mud but can anyone help me out.

It's more than likely because he's not letting off the throttle when he shifts it.

Im not sure if this is the same but when Im in snow my front end will bounce and its pretty violent. Its not when im shifting gears though. It happens more when i start spinning out and the front end sends power to each fornt wheel and its just weird

WrecklessKelly, that sounds more like when the wheels paw through the snow, they get traction, then loose traction, then get it again, and so on. It will cause the bike to jump and sometimes hop violently if you get after it just right. It's pretty much going to happen to most any four wheel drive that you drive in those conditions.

I think its just more with limited slip fornt ends. My old 3wd yamaha didnt do it. I find that steering side to side makes it stop somewhat.
