I purchased a jet for the carb in my Foreman. It called for a 120 size but they only stocked the 125 to replace the stock 130 for high altitude use. (hope all of the numbers are correct) My questions is if I replace the jet at low altitude prior to going to Colorado in Oct, how much of the air screw should be turned? I would assume that the screw would come out some to breath better but is there a rule of thumb how much? Thanks for your help. rick

I would not turn the air screw out more than 1 to 1.5 turns because at normal altitude, a 125 jet is too small and you would have to reduce the air also. I wouldn't ride it much with that small jet in. You might be too lean, just keep an eye on your plug.

For altitude change i would purchaes a Dial-A-Jet from Thunder Products. They have em at Rocky Mountain ATV they may have em at Yasky but im not sure. This helps a bunch for really high altitude change. It costs around $70 American. Later, Ethan

ForemanRider is right. Get a Dial-A-Jet. Thunder Products has them and Rocky Mountain ATV has them. Joel- Trackn (Owner of Yasky) said he doesn't carry them. Around $70 and fits alot of different models of ATVs. Its what I have on the list if I get the Foreman.
