I have a 1999 Es and my fan wont come on/work.
So before I ordered a fan I went to the fuse box and test the fuses.
looking at the fuse box under the seat standing on the foot break side of the bike and facing the fuel shutoff side I have
10 S Spare (Left side of bike or fuel shut off side.) 20 A 20 A 30 A 15 A SPare - Empty (Foot Break Side)
can some one please verify these are correct amperages. again clymer shows different. (I know Dub im ordering a honda manual)
oh I found the blue wire under the fuel tank disconnected it and applied +12 and wella it works so im off to prove the thermostat.
thank you

Emmmmm ya got some big fuses in there...........ok wiring diagram shows trx450es 98 through 01.
Acc-10 amp Fan 15 amp Ign 10 amp Lights 15 amp
It does not show a spare in the diagram so I dont know which side to start from? Damint boy...........well lets see here......... the Lights fuse 15 amp on one end of the fuse holder has a red wire to one side of the fuse and a red with a black tracer to the other prong of the fuse, so if ya can look under the fuse holder if nothing is labled and find thoes wires and strat from there with the above. will that help ya any?

EZ is this from a honda OEM Manual or clymer...
I though t that what you discovers to be correect , it seems the previous owner had doubled the fuses for some strange reason. so I guess tomorrow I will replace and insert the proper fuses. thanks you sir.
