You may want to look into your jetting. you may be running to rich...or to lean. If you cant get it adjusted the way you want bring it to a mechanic. they will get it right for you for under 50 bucks. If you got the money to spend put in the HL big bore kit. But get that jetting issue checked out

jetting will do that to you. you might want to try a dial a jet. makes adjusting your jets alot easier. i would get a clutch kit b4 i would get a bbk. it lets your engines rpm's get up a little higher b4 it engages. a bbk will reduce the life of your motor.

i definetely agree with tech on the clutch kit. not to expensive of a mod put throw on there and it will help get you going. Hey tech why are you saying the bbk will reduce the life of your motor? ?

BBKs put alot more stress on everything on the nachine, up to and especially including the electrical system. They produce a lot of heat as well, which ultimately kills the motor. What Tech was saying, was that compared to a stock motor, BBKs dont last as long.

and they also thin out the walls around the piston which makes it produce more heat and some times a scar on the bare leg.

if you have the same size pipe as your stock snorkel for your snorkel that comes up higher than stock then you wouldnt have to rejet.. it is probably you need to get the carb cleaned and get some sea foam to get the carbon off your piston.. you might also want to check your oil filters and air filters.. big bore kits suck.. if you need a bigger motor get a bigger four wheeler with a bigger stock motor
