I have a 02 forman s. I am about to add a custom 2 inch snorkle and then HMF exhaust. Do I need the carb jetted? I know nothing about this subject. Is it something I could do or do I need to have it profesionally done? How much is it going to cost. Just let me know the ins and outs of Jetting please.

The snorkel alone would require a needle adjustment. The HMF will require a bigger main jet. You can do it yourself. I believe a 135 main jet should be about accurate for you.

you can do it, but it just a pain trying to get them all dialed in. it may take a while but it is worth it.

So I just buy a jet kit and it will come with everything I need? What about directions? Also Will 27" outlaws fit with no lift and minor trimming?

Jetting is a trial and error and seat of your pant's thing. If you're expecting the instructions to be complete with all the right answers, that's not going to happen. The basics idea is outlined though.
Most 27 inch tires fit without any lift or trimming. Outlaws run a little bit larger in any stated size, and get ahold of extraneous parts much easier with the big tread lugs, so there may be a small issue, but I don't expect that it'll be anything unsurmountable.

if you are willing to trim then you will be fine. it also depends on the amount of psi you use.
