on the handle bars
ya know the fan sw and start in gear sw. was wondering if you made up or ordered a bank of switches and how you mounted them on your machine and where you put them. there is truly small space to mount them and you have to be creative with this.

Use 15 amp medium duty toggle switches and mount them on the plastic left of your key. Drill holes to fit and the wires tuck in perfect and run them in the wiring harness on the right side of the gas tank. Get the rubber covers for the switches and use your imagination from there. Follow the instructions on this site and let us know if you encounter any problems or questions. ;D

Fab up a small bar to fit between the handlebars. You can either u-bolt it on or weld it on. Then you can get a small switch box from Radio Shack to mount the switches in. If interested I can send some pics of the one we built for our Grizzly

Go here and check out the pics of our XtremeGrizzzly. You can get a decent look at the switch box and mounting bracket. This is an item we plan to be selling real soon that will fit almost all ATV's. Check our website www.xpatv.com for updates on when it will be available, go to bottom of page and visit the forum.

Depending on how many switches you want, the side of the headlight pod cover works pretty well.
