I at one time added two extra oil coolers to my foreman but found that the third was too much for the oil pump. I found that a 400 ex stock oil cooler will fit not completely straight but will fit under the stock oil cooler of a Foreman. Also if anyone decides to make this mod its best to go to a local hardware store and get some screen wire. The smaller the the better. The screen will add in keeping sand from getting in the oil cooler and will help in clean up of it also. A stock foreman oil cooler will also mount infront of the grill cleanly if your looking to relocate the oil cooler but will not be able to cool with a fan anymore. I hope this helps some.

you can put it on the front rack like i did to my polaris. usually on a polaris you have to take the hoses that are connected to the fan and extend them. im not sure exactly how you do that to a foreman but im pretty sure its the same way. to hold it in place go to the hardware store and get some u bolts.
