Looking at your mods, I can't tell if you have a K&N. If you have a K&N you would probably run a 138dj main and the clip on the needle closest to the point(raises the needle).Without a K&N, a 136 dj main will work fine. Three turns out on the mix screw. I'm running the needle on the clip on the second notch from the bottom with 2 washers under it,138dj main,3 turns out on the mix. Runs great.

Let me know if you have any problems. I went with the 138 and nailed the main jet on the first try. That is the wide open jet. I only had to make 1 needle adjustment to get it right. I originally tried the bottom notch.

I bought the snorkit and it is complete. It even has a drain and is the strongest and best looking snorkel for a foreman that I have seen yet. Complete instructions and easy to do. Well worth the money. Plenty of thought went into this unit. The carb vent does not go into the snorkel. I ran mine to my headlight shroud. The snorkit has the fittings on the snorkel to just remove the vents from your frame and relocate to the snorkel.Simple and well thought out. ;D

I think me and my friend are going to try it. If we can't do it or don't have all the parts then i'll prolly go with the snorkit from Triangle Atv. Thanks for the help!!

Is there any way to route the Snorkit without going through the front rack?
I use my front rack A LOT and I can't have a piece of PVC coming up right through the middle of it.
I developed the snorkel on my KAWA, but the Snorkit looks much nicer. It just need to be run to a different location for my purposes......

I have a small basket on my front rack and the snorkit fit fine and was not in the way of the basket.
