FIRST THEY WILL ADJUST YOUR AIR TO FUEL RATIO
THEN MAKE A FEW RUNS TO WOT TO CHECK JETTING / PILOT JETTING & NEEDLE SETTING
MAKE NEEDED ADJUSTMENTS
FINALLY MAKE A FEW MORE RUN TO DOUBLE CHECK ABOVE SETTINGS
THEN THEY WILL SHOW YOU GRAPHS WHICH SHOW YOU AIR/FUEL RATIO MAX - HORSEPOWER MAX- TORQUE MAX - SPEED MAX-RPM
MAY NOT BE WORTH IT TO YOU BUT I THINK IT'S WORTH EVERY $$

HAD TO GO PULL MY INVOICE $25.00 SET UP $10.00 FOR AIR /FUEL $10.00 FOR EACH PULL
TOTAL WILL DEPEND ON HOW FAR YOUR SETTINGS ARE OFF ( OF COURSE )
I TRIED THE WOT BLAST THEN PULLING THE PLUG, I THOUGHT I WAS CLOSE BUT I WAS WAY LEAN.
THIS ON THE FIRST TIME I GOT IT TESTED IN JULY
I JUST GOT IT CHECKED A COUPLE WEEKS AGO BECAUSE OF THE SNORKEL ADD ON.

When we installed the Dyno Jet we went through a few steps.
1st just to make it a little easier we took the air box out. You shouldnt have to do this but there is only 2 of those little rivits so we just went right ahead.
2nd we took out the carb.
3rd. we took off the cover on the top side of the carb. there is 4 little yellow screws you have to undo and they are very tightly on there if they have not been taken on before so make sure you dont strip them.
4th. When you get the top off, there is a little white cover thing you take off that covers the main jet. Take that off and take out the main jet and the peice that it screws into. (This will be all one peice until you unscrew the jet)
5th. Unscrew the 130 main jet and install the proper jet neccessary for your elevation/area.
6th. After you have screwed on the mian jet, screw in the whole thing back into the carb and reverse steps until you have the cover back on the top of the carb. (place white cover back on and top cover.)
7th. Turn the carb around and unscrew the bottom lid off. (Another 4 yellow screws)
8th. There will be several peices including black plastic peices and a large spring. Take those off.
9th. There will be a screw in one of the black peices, undo that.
10th. Follow the instructions on the dyno jet and place the new neetle and washers, clips, etc. in.
11th. Reverse steps until you have the bottom cover back on.
12th. The Dyno Jet instructions will tell you to turn the fuel mixture screw until it is set then unscrew it 2 1/2 turns.
13th. Reinstall carb, hook up hoses, and reinstall air box if tooken out.
I have a few pics that either I or James will get up.

Sounds easy enough. Did you not have to do any drilling for the new jet? If I am not mistaken, for the kit for my '00 Foreman 400, I would have to use a bit provided to enlarge the hole for the main jet.

Seeing how easy that is, makes me feel better about doin it to mine, in case I have to when I put the snorkel on it or decide to get a HP kit.

Wait...there should be a couple more hoses coming off the carb. Should be a gas line and some more to the engine...I dunno though. I won't say anything becaue I'm not sure of it.
Did you post the pics on your Yahoo album? If so, they don't allow hotlinking, so you won't be able to post pics from Yahoo on this forum.
