hey all, well, we did it. We reinforced the A-Arm brackets, reinforced the front skid plate, make 1/2 spacers for the Stik Guards, the whole nine yards. Got some measurements on the a-arm brakets. There is 3 peices to this setup. A triangular peice which I havent measured yet, (I'll to that tonight), A 1 1/4 x 2 3/4 peice of flat bar to go over the honda stock peice, and a 1 1/4 x 2 1/2 peice of flat bar to go inbetween the top of the 2 a-arms. I used 1/4" flat bar. Go to the pics in my sig and you can see em. It might take me a while to load all of em so just come back later to my sig and you might see more pics. To do this you have to take the tires off, take the brake line clamps off, and there is a center bolt that holds the tee that splits the brake line to both wheels. I used zip ties to hold the lines back when we were welding. Then we took the front skid plate i got and put 1 1/2 wide aluminum and reinforced it and you can notice a hell of a difference. We put 1/2 inch aluminum on the stik guards so to space them out so they didnt hit the axle. (As explained in other post) I just got the measurements for the triangular peice. One thing i have to tell you. To make it fit better, this peice has actually 4 sides. Think of a 30-60-90 triangle. The 30 is the top angle, the 90 is the bottom left, and the 60 is in the bottom right. The 60 angle has the angle cut off of it. The Long leg of the triangle (left side) is 3 1/4 inchs roughly. The short leg is roughly 2 3/8 inch. The little cut off is roughly 1/4". And the hypotenuse is roughly 3 15/16 maybe 4". Check the pics, and hope this helps everyone, little confusing directions but i'm in geometry class so that was the best way to describe it.

Not at the moment I did do one which was if you have a full belly skid plate it usually covers the front drain hole of the front diff so i used a 1" bit with a drill and drilled a hole in the full belly so I could change the fluid.

Just wondering -what brand of skid plate are you using ? My Savant"s come with a hole already drilled in them .
