Which out of those three should I get if for some reason I can't buy a Honda?? I don't like the 05' Foreman so count it out unless I can get a good deal on it and if there is no more 04' Foremans. I was kinda wanting to try a different kind of ATV and I want something that I can use in all different terrain and have no problems. Which ever ATV I do get will get some new tires and most likely snorkeled and more other stuff after those two. Also post if you think I should just keep the Rancher or try my best to buy a Foreman, BUT also vote on the poll. THANKS A TON!! ;D ;D ;D

its up to you but if all that you've ever ridden and want to try a different ride try a polaris. the ride is super comfortable. if i was you i would get the 500 h.o. it holds up real good. but mainly if you take care of it, it will last longer. sometimes it will break a belt bit all four wheelers that have a belt will break a few. but they only cost around 30 bucks. but over all if you love to race with big tires then thats the four wheeler for you. i love the four wheeler because it is fast even with big tires and my dad is crazy about it and my girlfriend thinks it sexy. she probably likes it more than me!!!!! one thing you might want to do it relocate the radiator. cause mine is always on and beofre it got relocated when i went into water it made the noise that drives a person crazy.

Well I have test drove the 500 HO. and I like it. What is the normal mainance I should do before and after a ride to keep it running in tip top condition?? Yeah, I love to race with people with big tires. Yeah, I can keep up with the Rancher, but I wouldn't mind being infront of everyone. ;D About the radiator how hard is it to relocate to the front racks, how long does it take, and do I need to buy anything to relocate it?? Also I have been hearing people having problems with the exhaust when going in deep water or mud. Like it would die. Whats up with that?? Thats all I really do when I ride. Also how hard is it to snorkel??? Ok, i'll stop now and ask more questions later. Thanks for the help!!!

the maintanance i do is not exactly what they tell you to do. but i change my oil whenever i sink out, but if i dont sink it which i usually dont, i just change it beofre it goes black. after ridding throught mud or sand always wash it real good. cause if you dont it will my these cracklin sounds. relocating the radiator is hard if you dont no what your doing. u can use mounting brackets to hold the radiator on. if i was you i would get a friend or take it to the polairs dealer and get them to do it. but i did mine with my cusin when we snorkeled it and lifted it. it wont die unless you rev it up and let off the gas while under water. since mine is snorkeled i dont have to worry about it. my exhaust snorkel is around 2.5 feet to 3 feet. im not sure on the length. the air snorkeled isnt that hard you just take out the stock snorkel and use marine exhaust pipe(this kind is flexable) and use a lot of silicone and route it from the air box to right in front of you or you can route it to the side. if have any other question feel free to ask.

I either take it to a car wash or wash it at home after I ride. So keeping it clean after rides will be easy. I guess i'll just have to find someone who can relocate the radiator to the front racks and snorkel it for me if I get it. Thanks for the help!! I'll post back if I have anymore questions.

Well, you want something that you know has enough power to turn them big 29.5s. The polaris should have enough power for ya. Although the Kodiak was the #1 midsized machine tested by ATV Television. The Kodiaks got low raqnge and a diff. lock. But its up to you. Its sad your movin away from Honda. Just make sure everytime you go riding you pack a spare belt. Later, Ethan

it depends what kind of tires he has on it and how hard he rides it. if he has mudlights you dont have anything to worry about. if you have laws or zillas bring a few extra belts. but thats for polaris. im not much up to date about yamaha. ive heard that they have come out with a few new bikes. does anyone no what they might me?

ForemanRider, I got a great discount now since I work with Polaris. I got life time belt warrenty, which means it messes up, they fix it for free. No problem there. Also don't give up yet on the Foreman, I might not be able to get one if they sell out before I can get one. I'm only buying 2004 models of all machines. All the 2005 models both Honda and Polaris look ugly!! Just keep watchin the signature!

1BadRancher, I will be running Outlaws and only Outlaws unless something happens and I can't get them and then I will get the 589s or MudLites. I will most likely baby it for the first week or so and then let the mods. begin. Oh, I ride hard, but at the same time I ride SMART.

i ride mine pretty hard to. i forgot how i got the belt warentty. but i get those high performance belts becasue they wont make me slip as much. but if i was you i would bust my butt to get a foreman. cause they look awesome. and you can modify it till their is nothing left. putting and irs on a honda or yamaha will make that beast go farther than you could ever imagine. if you set your mind to it, and you got the tires to get you their.

Well at 2:30 pm. FL time I was about to be on a Sportsman 500 HO.. I went my manager since I was early and asked if I may test drive the Sportsman 500. He said sure. So he put me on the mossy oak colored one. (1BadRancher what color is your sportsman?) He said just drive it around back and mess around. So I went around back and started messing around with all the new stuff. When I parked it I really didn't want to get off, but I had to work. So I got off and went to work. I told my mom and she said after I get my truck (Hopefully around my birthday which is Nov. 10) then a little after that I can get a new atv. She liked this one though because its automatic so she can drive it. Its has IRS so it won't hurt her back much and it has plastic racks so if she or anyone else wants to ride they have something soft to sit on. So as of right now that looks like the atv I have the best chance of getting. 1BadRancher, I'm trying hard to get the Foreman. Its hard to pick between the two I can tell you that. It just depends on the price I can get them for. Right now if I wait until first of 2006 I can get a 2004 Sportsman 500 HO with my discount for $4,800 w/out tax. I'll reply back later if I hear anything.

Sweet, they have a yellow Sportsman sitting in the showroom right now next to a yellow Sportsman 700 and on the other side a red Brute Force 750. When I walk by I just stare at all three. All moms make it jump alot. Its also the difference in power too. They're just trying to get used to all that power. I guess you can say its normal. Either a Chevy Silverado Z-71 4x4, Chevy Tahoe 4x4, or a Chevy Blazer ZR-2 4x4. I like all three. I was also reading one of my kinda old ATV Magazines and I found an article about pre-ride inspections. Like just some stuff you should do before you go riding to get the best performance. I copied it all down and saved it to the laptop. Get any pics. of the Sportsman yet??

Man today was awesome!! I was working and when I went out to the service department where they fix the ATVs, dirt bikes, mules, and motorcycles and one of the guys had a Sportsman 700 sitting on 4 27x12-12 Mudzillas on the new vinson wheels, WARN 2.5 ci. winch, and the polaris front and rear bumper. When I saw that I was like "WOW that SWEET!!" I had to get a closer look. I was like this is no match for Honda. So I think I might get a Sportsman 500 HO.. Plus mom gave me the "YES" to get it a couple of weeks after I get my truck. Can't wait!! I'll be waiting on those pics..
